Shannon Kelley is the Director of Program Operations for the Partnership for Quality Care (PQC). In this role, she manages the strategic and tactical workflow for the organization’s agenda of quality initiatives, workplace wellness, and workforce development. Ms. Kelley joined PQC in 2012.

Ms. Kelley received her B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University and her M.P.A. in health policy from The New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
